163- Caviar Says "Don't Remove the Tag"

Caviar, whose voice in my head is pretty much a million times funnier than anything she says in this comic, may rival Jimmy AF Venable as my new favorite character to do!

In this comic I found out that if you put a bob wig (made famous in the Fluff Who game) backwards it makes weird mullet hair. It's so pretty other than the big square gap in the back where the bangs are.

Thanks to Robin E. who had to deal with Caviar to get this week's pics. Also thanks to Mr IQ Jones who owns most of the glasses/wrestling masks in today's comic. Even more than I own.

I don't own any wrestling masks. I think this is something I need to change. Supposedly there are a few spots in NYC where you can get um' ridiculously cheap. If I ever get mugged, I seriously hope it's by someone wearing one of those.

Caviar seems more into the Zen aspects of fashion's turning tide (Shhhhh!) than, say, the usual "Listen to me refer to myself in the third person!"-type of egomaniac.

Trent looks better than I do in pretty much all of those glasses... except the Grouchos. No one else looks better in the Grouchos.

The "keep the tag on your shades" fad amazes me. New heights of ridiculosity!! If anyone can show me a photo of someone (other than Caviar) lookin' good in tagged-up shades... I'll buy them a sundae.

Those groucho glasses were amazing on Trent because his nose was about four times too big to make them even sorta stay. I personally can't wear them because I always laugh with them on and inhale the stache right up my nose. Nose-stache is not a good feeling.

I have yet to see someone on the street with a tagged up pair of sunglasses on, but I have been seeing a trend, amongst the, how shall we say, "ghetto youngsters", of keeping a gold foil sticker on the bill of their baseball caps. It's not the price tag, but it's definitely something that you're supposed to remove once you buy the hat.

Borris and Caviar on 'Celebrity Love Island' would SO DEFINATLY rule!!

Plus, they're probably more famous than all the people on it. Combined.

Am I the only one who thinks Trent looks a bit like Marty Feldman with the 5th pair on, and Kurt Cobain with the second?? As we all know, Marty Feldman was in the film 'Slapstick of Another Kind' which was of course based on the novel 'Slapstick' by Kurt Vonnegut. And that the legendary musician 'furiousBall' once said that he gets his inspartaion "from anything really – The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein, the funny way someone laughs, Kurt Vonnegut books, Kurt Cobain...". That's right, Kurt Vonnegut AND Kurt Cobain!! And Shel Silverstein!! Shel is short for Shelley!!!

Coicidence, I think not!

Yeah I think the next convention Caviar (if she's still alive...) and Borris will have to have a meet up. Perhaps we'll let those two run our convention table so Chris and I can see some of the convention floor.

My dad came back from a trip to Florida with Key West pics. One of them, er two of them, were pictures of unimportant-looking trees. He explained, "The tour guide showed us two houses and said Shel Silverstein lived here and the tree in front was the inspiration for The Giving Tree... or maybe it was this one."
