This looks distinctly late-dinner-ish to me, dahling.

At first, I was "look at all those light leaks on the film - what's going on" and then I realized "Coll doesn't even use film for the comic", and then I immediately realized it was indeed a sexy giraffe aura.

I think someone gave trent to colleen, but i'm totally not sure on that. At any rate, he is not THE giraffe.

Trent was the first giraffe given to me by someone not quite understanding the giraffe project, aka Momma V. I actually am not that big a fan of giraffes, being much more partial to llamas and jerboas and amoebas (oh my!) My mom just thought I really liked giraffes and bought me Trent right about the time I started the comic. The fact he was *plugs Trents ears* one of the ugliest giraffe toys I had ever seen made me laugh really hard. He honestly looks ridiculous without sunglasses on, and lacks the ability to stand up on his own. For some reason I kept imagining him having a Napolean complex only this time thinking he was super sexy...and if you think you are super sexy enough, eventually it will become true.

Higgins was also a gift, specifically given to be in the comic. As was the pink siamese bunnies which made their first silent appearane in this week's comic. I need to get some better pics of them. This one totally doesn't do them justice!


Mr. Mckenzee don't tell the LJ crew I also eat dinner! Because of all those people I eat food like almost every day. It's almost like I need food to survive at this point!
