168-Jeepers, Creepers, Quantum Leapers!

So I totally wanted to be Ziggy, the supercomputer from Quantum Leap, for Halloween, but everytime I told someone I wanted to be him, they instantly thought I was dressing up as that depressing cartoon Ziggy. It's a sad world we live in that 80% of people think of Ziggy before they think of Ziggy.

If I DID go as Ziggy my plan was to just never give anyone a straight answer all night and to occasionally pretend to get hit by Dean Stockwell.

Luckily the costume I thought up 30 seconds before leaving for the Halloween party was sooo much more recognizable and snazzy.

Uh, fish shirt... goggles... light... TORMENTING OTHER FISH BY GOING ROUND IN PAIRS AND PRETENDING TO BE CARS??  That can onyl mean one thing.... pilot fish??!

Am I the only one who really misses Quantum Leap?  That was so cool... Plus, you did get to see Scott Bakula in a dress now and again...  Hot or not?  I think we all know the answer to that.

I never liked the idea of candy-coated pencils, 'cause at the end you'd be left sucking on wood ... wait ...

Awesome costume! Why do you have a light on a stick?
As awesome as Quantum Leap was, everytime I watch it I get really freaked out about the practicalities.
Is he a Scot Bakula's mind and self-image in X's body, or is he Scot Bakula projecting the image of X.
A man with no legs has walked, supporting the latter, but wouldn't people  be accidentally walking into him all the time?

I know what Colleen is, but then I read her LiveJournal.

That sentence had an abundance of I's: 8 if you include the code.

Uh, it's one of those Angler "not actually all males with multiple sets of testes, just that the males have latched onto the females bloodstream and atrophied" Fish, right?
I was asking why anyone would have a light on a stick just hanging around the house.

Actually that's my handy-dandy reading light that I won't leave home without. It's something every insomniac should have. Especially insomniacs that really like immitating creatures from the bottom of the ocean.

To answer PDLM's question:
HOTT!

I don't know if it's scarier that Caviar wears tie-dye or that I own a lot of it.
